HELP REQUEST :I need TELCO CAREER DIRECTIONS - RF Cafe Forums

RF Cafe Forums closed its virtual doors in late 2012 mainly due to other social media platforms dominating public commenting venues. RF Cafe Forums began sometime around August of 2003 and was quite well-attended for many years. By 2012, Facebook and Twitter were overwhelmingly dominating online personal interaction, and RF Cafe Forums activity dropped off precipitously. Hello everybody

I'm a newbie to this forum.

I'm a fresh BS computer engineering grad and i come from a relatively strong IT and computer communication background dealing with cisco specially.I've a general knowledge of celluar technologies.

I wanna join TELCO companies utilizing my knowledge experience education skill refrences everything..and i'm determined about that...but i believe i realy need 2 understand the telco industry ??

My questions : -

What are the job roles available in Telco ?

What is RF design planning optimization ??

Can anyone refer me to some guide/url where i can read all about the Teclo industry...past present n future..what's happening..the future...
