Phased array noise temperature - RF Cafe Forums

RF Cafe Forums closed its virtual doors in 2010 mainly due to other social media platforms dominating public commenting venues. RF Cafe Forums began sometime around August of 2003 and was quite well-attended for many years. I would like to know if anyone has experience modeling the noise temperature of an active phased array antenna. The structure that I am trying to model is a patch antenna array with each element of the array backed by an LNA, phase shifter and a digital attenuator. Any pointers will be greatly appreciated.
