312MHz ASK transmitter with Antenna Tuner - RF Cafe Forums

RF Cafe Forums closed its virtual doors in 2010 mainly due to other social media platforms dominating public commenting venues. RF Cafe Forums began sometime around August of 2003 and was quite well-attended for many years. I have heard that there is an integrated transmitter solution that includes an antenna tuner. The tuner comprises digital capacitors that maximise the voltage across a resonant antenna.

My application requires an ASK transmitter suitable for 312MHz working @ 2V5 and < 12mA

Anybody know who makes this part?

I believe Micrel makes a part with integrated antenna tuner.
