I have been quite happy using RTV (as a dielectric)
to tune and align filters/circuits for some time
now. My company has informed me that I can no longer
use this substance because it has undesirable side-effects
when used in a hybrid construction environment (this
is due to the silicone content). Does anyone
know of an alternate high dielectric substance that
is Silicone free? Thank you in advance-

Hi there are some fluid cement goop type products
that are high in polystyrene. These are sold for
example to model-making freaks like Kirt and me.
The plastic blob when set should have a low loss
permittivity around 2.2
