Guest_Can Post subject: Dual-Gate FET (with Non-Linear Model)
Unread postPosted: Wed Feb 09, 2005 10:17 pm Hi Guys, I am
just looking for some help regarding Dual-Gate FET.Any one has idea
from where to get Dual-Gate FET (0.1 GHz to 4 GHz) and it should also
have valid Non-Linear Model. I already checked with CEL (california
eastern lab) and they don't recommend this FET for any application.
It will be nice if some one already had bought (i know, GOOGLE is the
best tool) but of course it is sometime very time consuming and it was
the best idea to get some help from the experienced and smart guys in
this forum. I shall really appreciate help in this regard.
Cheers! Tony Top Bernysworld Post
