Limiter design - RF Cafe Forums

RF Cafe Forums closed its virtual doors in 2010 mainly due to other social media platforms dominating public commenting venues. RF Cafe Forums began sometime around August of 2003 and was quite well-attended for many years. By 2010, Facebook and Twitter were overwhelmingly dominating online personal interaction, and RF Cafe Forums activity dropped off precipitously. how to find the PIN diodes according to the known fequency? for example, my limiter is designed at 35GHz.

PIN diode manufacturers publish detailed data sheets for their products. You have to read the data sheets or catalogs, either on-line or on paper, or find a directory or listing.

Most people just check with the device manufacturers - there aren't too many at 35 GHz.
