RF Cafe Forums closed its virtual doors in 2010 mainly due to other social media platforms dominating public commenting venues. RF Cafe Forums began sometime around August of 2003 and was quite well-attended for many years. By 2010, Facebook and Twitter were overwhelmingly dominating online personal interaction, and RF Cafe Forums activity dropped off precipitously. I own "RF Circuit Design" by Chris Bowick. Publish on 1997. On chapter 2, page38. The author mention that the multiple resonator filter is covered in chapter 3. But I can't find it.

Does anyone know how to design the multiple resonator filter? Any books or source form web pages are welcome. I need to learn more on the multiple resonator design.
