help about push-pull amplifier - RF Cafe Forums

RF Cafe Forums closed its virtual doors in late 2012 mainly due to other social media platforms dominating public commenting venues. RF Cafe Forums began sometime around August of 2003 and was quite well-attended for many years. By 2012, Facebook and Twitter were overwhelmingly dominating online personal interaction, and RF Cafe Forums activity dropped off precipitously. Regardless, there are still lots of great posts in the archive that ware worth looking at. Below are the old forum threads, including responses to the original posts. Hi!I am designing a 200W, IMD3< -40dBc amplifier for 30-88MHz application, I am going to using MRF6VP2600 of freescale. The test circuit(225MHz) are as follows:

There are two baluns(T1 and T2) , they are coaxial line transformers, is there anyone known the parameters of these baluns(length and Zo)?

(Baluns are made by Comm Concept, and I have email Comm Concept company, but they didn't reply me)

Since the Comm Concept company didn't reply me, is there any other products I can use to substituted for T1 and T2?

Maybe I have to make it myself, can you give me some reference on how to make a balun like this?
