Electromagnetics job search resources - RF Cafe Forums

RF Cafe Forums closed its virtual doors in late 2012 mainly due to other social media platforms dominating public commenting venues. RF Cafe Forums began sometime around August of 2003 and was quite well-attended for many years. By 2012, Facebook and Twitter were overwhelmingly dominating online personal interaction, and RF Cafe Forums activity dropped off precipitously. Regardless, there are still lots of great posts in the archive that ware worth looking at. Below are the old forum threads, including responses to the original posts. Hi,

I am a PhD candidate in computational elctromagnetics and have been a keen follower of rfcafe.

My research involves numerical simulation technqiues applied to absorber/antenna design and I ahve taken coursework relevant to RF circuit design, VHDL/VLSI design, DSP, Digital communication apart from electromagnetics courses. I also have some optimization experience using PSO and genetoic algos

I will be graduating in a year or so and have to start thinking of getting a job. I am not a US citizen so a defense job is out of question.

Is there any resource/forum which might help me with my job search process. Also, what companies do you guys think I should apply in.

thanks
