Employers sponsoring H1Bs - RF Cafe Forums

RF Cafe Forums closed its virtual doors in late 2012 mainly due to other social media platforms dominating public commenting venues. RF Cafe Forums began sometime around August of 2003 and was quite well-attended for many years. By 2012, Facebook and Twitter were overwhelmingly dominating online personal interaction, and RF Cafe Forums activity dropped off precipitously. Regardless, there are still lots of great posts in the archive that ware worth looking at. Below are the old forum threads, including responses to the original posts. Hi! I'm an RF engineer with five year work experience in planning and optimization of GSM/GPRS/EDGE networks. I'm actively seeking employment in the US. I would appreciate if anyone could share me references of employers who are willing to sponsor H1Bs. Thank you very much!

No gurantee, but for most of my engineers, H1B and green card sponsorship by Sprint occurs.

Especially top notch 5+ year RF CDMA System Engineers - pretty easy business case to justify the legal costs to the company....

zero experience folks, no LC sponsorship, but H1B for top notch candidates, normally, yes
