Illegal Immigration - RF Cafe Forums

RF Cafe Forums closed its virtual doors in 2010 mainly due to other social media platforms dominating public commenting venues. RF Cafe Forums began sometime around August of 2003 and was quite well-attended for many years. By 2010, Facebook and Twitter were overwhelmingly dominating online personal interaction, and RF Cafe Forums activity dropped off precipitously. Regardless, there are still lots of great posts in the archive that ware worth looking at. Below are the old forum threads, including responses to the original posts.

NOTICE: The original RF Cafe Forum is available again for reading, and the new RF Cafe Blog is an active board.

Hello (not holla)!

What do you fellows think about America's illegal immigration problem? I for one do not buy into the propaganda that our economy is dependent upon the ILLEGALS (look up the definition of that word) providing cheap labor. Fortunately, the word is finally getting out about what the true cost of harboring and coddling these lawbreakers really is. Our border states are having their healthcare systems bankrupted by the federal mandates to provide aid to the people coming here illegally. Here's a story from the Tuscon paper.

http://www.tucsonweekly.com/gbase/Curre ... =oid:69346

I could cite dozens of articles detailing the financial and human costs to the legal system, law enforcement, education (big story last week about huge surge in public school populations), incredible trashing of the environment along the border (trash, drugs, human corpses, clothes, abandoned vehicles, destruction of endangered plants), homeland security, employment processing, printing of bilingual material and just about every other area of the economy.

Folks, we just do not need the trouble. Saving a couple dollars a night in a hotel because of Illegal labor is just not worth it. If we can pay a few buck more per tankload of gasoline, then a little extra to clean house of the Illegals would be nothing. Of course, the hypocritical wealthy politicians and movie stars that exploit the Illegals might not like it because that would leave less money to buy their hookers and crack cocaine, but hey, let them suffer a little. Maybe they'll have to take commercial flights like the rest of us rather than fly around in their private jets that use up about 50 gallons per passenger per mile.

Vicente Fox is flodding our land with the outlaws, addicts and sickly (TB being a very large problem). All the while we pay him $54/barrel of oil. Mexico is also allowing many OTMs (Other Than Mexicans) to pass through their country into the U.S. More and more are discovered to be Arabs that have assumed Hispanic names to join the smuggler bands. Those guys aren't here to make a great new start in America. They're here to bring allah's judgement on America.

The time is now to contact your representatives and the stinking mainstream media and demand that this threat to our homeland be dealt with. I guarantee that if another major attack is committed against us from within and we discover it is due to lax border crossing enforcement, those who have allowed and even abetted it will be held responsible.

Count on it.

    Kirt Blattenberger,

RF Cafe began life in 1996 as "RF Tools" in an AOL screen name web space totaling 2 MB. Its primary purpose was to provide me with ready access to commonly needed formulas and reference material while performing my work as an RF system and circuit design engineer. The World Wide Web (Internet) was largely an unknown entity at the time and bandwidth was a scarce commodity. Dial-up modems blazed along at 14.4 kbps while tying up your telephone line, and a nice lady's voice announced "You've Got Mail" when a new message arrived...
