patent application - RF Cafe Forums

RF Cafe Forums closed its virtual doors in late 2012 mainly due to other social media platforms dominating public commenting venues. RF Cafe Forums began sometime around August of 2003 and was quite well-attended for many years. By 2012, Facebook and Twitter were overwhelmingly dominating online personal interaction, and RF Cafe Forums activity dropped off precipitously. Regardless, there are still lots of great posts in the archive that ware worth looking at. Below are the old forum threads, including responses to the original posts. Hi I am on contract with an organization. There is a design I came up with prior to working with them and something that was done in my own time. Now having done all the searches I am pretty sure this is a sure thing. The organization i'm on contrcat with wants to file the design for a patent. Now prior to providing them with the details I need to know what is teh best deal one can get it terms of patent royalties. 30%? 50%?80%????

Anyone with good experience in this area that can advise me?

Thanks
