RF Engineer (f/m)
Job description:
As an experienced
RF Engineer at ASTRON you will become a member of the Radio
Group within the R&D department. You will perform the specification, architectural
design and test of microwave receiver systems and supervise the detailed implementation.
Our group specializes in the definition and development of low noise phased array
receiver systems. You will get the chance to work on cutting edge technologies and
scientific instruments, such as the Square Kilometre Array. You will work in close collaboration
with our Antenna and Digital Signal Processing experts to define optimal architectures
for our systems.
Job requirements:
- A master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- A minimum of five years RF design experience
- Proficient oral and written communications skills
- Analytic
- Innovative
