BSOD on Cellphones

Hoping to unseat Nokia as the world's largest cell phone manufacturer, Intel and Microsoft announced (at the Feb. 2002 GSM World Congress) a joint venture to develop data-enabled 3G handsets. They're targeting the Asia market. TI will team with MS to provide RFICs. Will we soon be inundated with cell phones bearing the Windows label and a sticker saying "Intel Inside?" My question: Will there be Ctrl+Alt+Del keys, because I'm sure we'll need them?
