A Frustrating Time of Year: Job/Career Headline for December 26, 2014

A Frustrating Time of Year: Job/Career Headline for December 26, 2014 - RF CafeThis is often a really frustrating time of year for those in search of a new job. Unless a potential hiring company is desperate to fill a particular open position, the many delays caused by people trying to use up the last days of their vacation allotments for the calendar year, the hustle and bustle of preparing for holiday decorations and events, kids being off school and requiring alternate childcare arrangements, increases in sicknesses due to so many people flocking into crowded shopping malls, and a myriad of other reasons, can make your highest priorities their lowest priorities. I know a guy looking for an IT job right now who is experiencing this phenomenon. I've been there myself, and there's a good chance you have been, too. Fortunately, the dedicated media 'experts' sacrifice personal accommodations to continue cranking out advice pieces because they care so deeply about you and me.

Here is a list of current engineering jobs listed on RF Cafe.

    Kirt Blattenberger,

RF Cafe began life in 1996 as "RF Tools" in an AOL screen name web space totaling 2 MB. Its primary purpose was to provide me with ready access to commonly needed formulas and reference material while performing my work as an RF system and circuit design engineer. The World Wide Web (Internet) was largely an unknown entity at the time and bandwidth was a scarce commodity. Dial-up modems blazed along at 14.4 kbps while typing up your telephone line, and a nice lady's voice announced "You've Got Mail" when a new message arrived...
