824 to 849 MHz, 869 to 894 MHz Cavity Duplexer

The AD836-881D200 cavity duplexer has a Band 1 passband of 824 to 849 MHz, Band 2 passband of 869 to 894 MHz, and insertion loss of less than 0.7 dB. Isolation in all cases is greater than 70 dB and return loss is greater than 18 dB. Passband ripple is less than 0.2 dB, and power handling ability is 50 W CW. The unit uses Type-N female connectors, operates from -40° to +85° C, and measures 8 x 2.8 x 2.75 in.

1920 to 1980 MHz, 2110 to 2170 MHz Cavity Duplexer


The AD1950-2140D306 cavity duplexer has a Band 1 passband of 1920 to 1980 MHz, Band 2 passband of 2110 to 2170 MHz, insertion loss of less than 1 dB, isolation greater than 90 dB, and return loss greater than 18 dB. It will handle 60 W CW and uses SMA female connectors. The duplexer measures 148 x 112 x 35 mm.

1 to 500 MHz 2-Way Power Divider


The AM250PD1010 two-way power divider operates from 1 to 500 MHz with insertion loss of less than 0.8 dB, VSWR of less than 1.2:1, amplitude balance 0.3 dB, isolation greater than 25 dB, and phase balance of 2 deg. The unit will handle 10 W CW, can be specified with SMA, BNC, TNC, or Type-N female connectors, and measures 1.25 x 1.25 x 0.75 in.

500 to 1000 MHz 50-dB Directional Coupler


The AM750DC855 directional coupler operates from 500 to 1000 MHz with a coupling value of 50 dB +/- 1 dB, coupling flatness of 1 dB, insertion loss of 0.2 dB, directivity of 20 dB, amplitude balance 0.5 dB, VSWR of 1.15:1 or less, and power handling ability of 500 W average and 5 kW peak. It has Type-N female connectors and measures 3 x 2 x 1.5 in.

RF Cafe began life in 1996 as "RF Tools" in an AOL screen name web space totaling 2 MB. Its primary purpose was to provide me with ready access to commonly needed formulas and reference material while performing my work as an RF system and circuit design engineer. The World Wide Web (Internet) was largely an unknown entity at the time and bandwidth was a scarce commodity. Dial-up modems blazed along at 14.4 kbps while tying up your telephone line, and a nice lady's voice announced "You've Got Mail" when a new message arrived...
