AWR Corporation’s Merger with National Instruments Now Complete

El Segundo, California, USA– July 1, 2011 - AWR® Corporation, the innovation leader in high-frequency EDA, today announced that the merger with National Instruments, as first announced on May 23, 2011, has now been completed.  As previously announced, AWR will continue to operate as a wholly owned NI subsidiary under the leadership of the existing management team.
