lifecycle management on all our products. We stand behind the quality of our products before and after
the sale.
We have streamlined our Return Materials Authorization (RMA) process to give you faster
turn-arounds on replacements or repairs and also provide ongoing, real-time return status.
Customers may now initiate returns through the MegaPhase online Return Form available at
http://www.megaphase.com/service
. When completed, a confirmation email is generated including your RMA number and a link to monitor the
status of your return. Customers can now view their return status 24/7/365 for updates regarding
evaluations, replacements and shipments.
We accept any MegaPhase product
regardless of its age and condition and will perform a test procedure for evaluation at
no additional charge. If your products are under warranty, you will receive an email with a failure
analysis, and our corrective action and a date for shipment of your repairs or replacements. When
products are past the warranty period, you will receive a quote for a replacement or repair.
You can always depend on MegaPhase
for the industry's fastest turn-around times. This is especially beneficial when you
have a test station down during the last week of a month or quarter!
