RFMW Introduces Ka Band SATCOM Isolator from DiTom Microwave | ||||||
July 27, 2012 Press Release 7/27/2012 RFMW , Ltd. announces design and sales support for a new Ka band isolator covering both commercial (27.0 - 30.0 GHz) and military (30.0 - 31.0 GHz) satellite bands in one component. The DiTom model D3I2731-1 offers a common package for both applications while maintaining exceptional electrical characteristic such as 20 dB isolation and 0.5 dB insertion loss. Average power handing is 5 W (30 W peak). 2.92 mm male and female connectors offer a VSWR of 1.25:1 and the isolator is available with any combination of connectors on the input/output. The isolator body measures 0.5 x 0.7” and weighs only 0.4 ounces.
