| RFMW Introduces 2W Highly Linear Amplifier from TriQuint Semiconductors |

RFMW , Ltd. announces design and sales support for TriQuint Semiconductor’s TQP7M9106, high linearity amplifier with frequency coverage from 50 MHz to 1.5 GHz. This QFN 4x4 mm packaged amplifier provides ~21 dB of gain at 1 GHz while drawing only 455 mA of current from a 5 V supply. Output IP3 is an astounding 50 dBm making this amplifier useful in applications such as 3G/4G wireless infrastructure, small cell BTS transceivers, boosters, high power amplifiers and defense communications. The TQP7M9106 is part of a family of highly linear amplifiers, QFN 4x4 mm packaged devices that includes the TQM7M9104 which pushes the high end frequency to 4 GHz. Evaluation boards are available for qualified applications.
