SYPRIS WINS CONTRACT TO PROVIDE METROLOGY SERVICES TO KODAK

ORLANDO, Fla. (December 20, 2005) Sypris Test & Measurement, Inc., a subsidiary of Sypris Solutions, Inc., (Nasdaq/NM: SYPR) today announced that it has been awarded a multi-year contract from Eastman Kodak Corporation.

Under terms of the contract, Sypris Test & Measurement will provide a suite of on-site and depot services to Kodak's Rochester, New York campus including all metrology-related functions. Sypris will provide Kodak both logistical and technical services related to the calibration and repair of electrical, mechanical and thermodynamic test and measurement equipment.
