The unique design covers the bandwidth between 0.5-4.5 V with a typical tuning sensitivity of 25 MHz/V. It is designed to operate at 5V DC supply while drawing 25mA (typical) over the operating temperature range of -20º to 70º C. CLV0910B-LF is ideally suited for applications that require low phase noise performance and linear tuning at UHF bands. CLV0910B-LF comes in Z-Comm’s industry standard MINI package measuring 0.50 in. x 0.50 in. x 0.22 in. This amazing VCO is ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.
