The position requires an individual capable of project management, designing and supporting production for a variety of precision frequency source applications in the space, military, and avionics industries. The detailed responsibilities include circuit design and analysis, related technical analyses, production and sales support, test development and direct customer interface. Experience in radio frequency (RF) technology, understanding of the effects of space and military applications, shock, vibration, temperature and radiation is critical. Past experience as a Project Engineer in electronics development in a structured manner for both standard and custom designs is required.
Essential Qualifications:
BSEE in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Experience in a commercial manufacturing environment
Strong computer skills including Electrical Simulations, Microsoft Office, Project and PowerPoint
5-10 years of experience in frequency synthesis and/or oscillator design and project management
Excellent communication, writing and organizational skills
Willingness to travel domestically 4-6 times per year
Demonstrated leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering
Background in a space, military or avionics environment
Background in Physics
Management or Supervisor experience
Previous experience in a management of complex development project which included tracking progress via detailed work breakdown structures
