Related Experience
RF/Antenna Designs (4+ year)
•Designed miniaturized antennas or RFID tags from 400MHz to 2.4GHz, with prototype verifications.
• Experienced on normal antenna designs with wire/loop antenna, patch antenna, slot antenna, IFA/PIFA, and phase array antennas.
•Passive RF circuit designs including filters, couplers, and impedance matching networks.
•Experienced on front-end LNA, Mixer, PA, Oscillator designs with software of AWR Microwave Office, with characterizations by Noise Figure, Gain, IP3, Efficiency, and 1-dB compression.

RF Simulation & Modeling (4+ year)
• Proficient on 3D and 2.5D electromagnetic simulation & modeling for RF component or circuit, with the S-parameters and field distribution analysis.
•Antenna Gain, Directivity, Efficiency, RCS and SAR simulation with HFSS.
• Circuit modeling for spiral on-chip inductors, inter-digital capacitors, and other passive circuits.
• Transmission line analysis by RLGC modeling.
• Even-/odd- mode analysis for coupled microstrip lines.

RF Layout & Measurement (4+ year)
•Design RF/microwave distributed circuit/antenna prototypes using Protel.
•Probe, and SMA measurement with Vector Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, and probe station.
•Antenna radiation pattern measurement in Anechoic Chamber.

Programming (7+ year)
•Strong programming ability due to previous job, working with C, VC, VB, Delphi and MatLab.


Skills
Software: Ansoft HFSS, Zeland IE3D, AWR Microwave Office, CST, Matlab, Protel, Cadence, Agilent ADS, AutoCAD, SPICE .
Programming: FORTRAN, C/C++, Visual C++, Visual Basic, Pascal, ASM.
Lab equipments: Network Analyzer, Probe Station, Power Meter, Anechoic Chamber, Digital Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, Vector Signal Generator.
Languages: Fluent in English, and Mandarin.
