R & D in RF circuits.
RFIC/MMIC design position using state-of-the-art technology.

- Design of RF and Microwave integrated circuits (Distributed amplifiers, LNAs, VCOs)
- Electromagnetic simulations of passive components
- RF characterization of passive and active devices on SOI CMOS technology.

4 year-research: research interests include simulation, design and modeling of RF and microwave circuits in SOI technology and high temperature environment. I am currently involved in the design of fully integrated microwave distributed amplifiers on SOI technology.
