  • Designed a three stage CMOS Operational Amplifier with a low power dissipation of 180 micro Watts, fast settling time of 158 nsec and 132 nsec for a 0 to +/- 1V at a moderate gain of 85 dB
  • Designed a high speed, low voltage Differential Amplifier with 1.8V supply voltage, 400 MHz bandwidth, gain 9 dBb and settling time 7.5 nsec in 0.18 micron CMOS technology
  • Designed and layout of 900MHz low power, low voltage class E- RF Power Amplifier in 0.60micron technology
