* Developed optimal Broadcast algorithm using Network Coding for Ultra Wide-Band (UWB) MAC layer. Implementation using C++ and PERL.

* Comparison of Average throughput, end-to-end delay and energy dissipation of a multi-hop IEEE 802.11 network using both AODV and Directed Diffusion routing protocols for varying number of Sources and Sinks using TCL, AWK and SHELL scripts.

* Generating Jake's fading simulator for Rayleigh fading model using MATLAB.

* Design of Cyclic Space Time Block Codes (STBC), Orthogonal STBC (Alamouti Scheme), Non-Coherent MIMO system and comparison of Symbol Error Rate vs SNR for MIMO wireless communications system using MATLAB.


* A Survey on wireless LAN standards (IEEE 802.11 family).

* Study of Deterministic Beamforming and Mean Square Optimum Beamforming using MATLAB.

* Comparison of different types of SMI Beamformers used in Adaptive Beamforming using MATLAB.

* Performance Analysis of RLS, CMA and various types of LMS algorithms using MATLAB.

* Simulation and Analysis of the resolution abilities of DOA estimation techniques such as MF, MVDR, ML, MN, LP and MUSIC using MATLAB.

* Simulation Analysis of CDMA and BPSK signals using Space only, Time-Space & Space-Time DOA estimation techniques using MATLAB.

* Design of Left Handed L-band notch bandstop filter with reduced size using AWR Microwave office.


* Designed an algorithm for automatic detection of Glaucoma using MATLAB.

* Designed and implemented an intelligent system using micro controller.

* Design of linear high current DC variable power supply.

IN-PLANT TRAINING:
* Company : Airports Authority of India, Chennai.
Position : Trainee.
Period : May 2004 - June 2004
This training gave me an insight into the various aspects of Navigation, Surveillance and Radar Communication used in an airport.
