RF Survey & Planning + Drive Test & Network Optimization+ IBS (in- building Solution)

IBS planning according to coverage & capacity requirement, preparing link budget & BOQ: walk test accordingly with the help of Tems Investigation

Trucking, Link Budget, BOQ Request.

Indoor-Outdoor coverage Planning, Prediction plot, Nominal Planning according to various requirement (Client).

• Responsible for OMC-R activity from RF end to solve out the problem of drive tester on field.
• Frequency planning- Made and Implemented frequency hopping plans and Frequency plans for various cities and verified them on field.
• Optimizing the neighbor lists of each sector by detailed analysis of on field data collected by doing drive test and using MAP Info (TRF tool).
• OMC-R reports analysis, studying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to find out the problematic sectors that require attention
• Command file generation for new sites data implementation on OMC-R data base, for various parameter changes, Handover creation & deletion.
• Solving coverage problems by giving required tilts, increase and decrease in output power levels of the BTS also providing parameter level changes and enabling power control both at DL and UL.
• Solving Traffic problems by TRX augmentation or distributing traffic by changing azimuths & defining Traffic Handover, providing necessary tilt, AMR implementation.
• Responsible for Pre swap drive testing, auditing & analysis.
• Responsible for Post-Swap drive testing and Validation using study of key parameters such as BCCH, CI, TCH, LAC, HSN, MAIO etc.
• Responsible for Report Generation of the pre drive & post drive - This included taking out Drive plots of both RX Lev and RX Qual and also analysis the various parameters in graphical form.
• Responsible for the entire Network optimization and Coverage Acceptance Testing of the network.
• Responsible for the new sites drive test, entire Network optimization and Coverage Acceptance Testing.
• Interface with Customer- Handling all customer related issues (top management) from Traffic Distribution, work progress.
• Responsible for nominal planning, Technical Site Survey as RF & civil, finalizing site with two or three options.
• Responsible for Antenna azimuth, Height & tilt Planning, Cable routing etc.
