Mini Circuits Ltd. (Brooklyn, NY) Electrical Components/Reliability Prediction Engineer. Nov 04 Apr 07
[A global leader in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of RF, IF, and microwave components]
Designed SCDs (Specification Control Drawings) for Electrical/Electromechanical Components and Packaging to have better Quality Control and reduce RMAs.
Reviewed vendors for sub-components (chip components, connectors, cable assemblies, amplifiers, switches, microprocessors) and collaborated with purchasing dept in technical negotiations. Developed test circuits to be used in test fixtures
Assessed stress conditions for RF/IF families of catalog models using RELEX Studio to estimate reliability and perform MTBF calculations. (such as Bias Tees, Couplers, Amplifiers, Switches, VCO and LTCC). Also used Burn-In and HTOL test results to calculate failure rates of High Power Amplifiers.
Statistically analyzed data to create catalog specifications for Mini-Circuits product line.

Research in Indoor Channel Modeling and experimentation validation for wide range of frequencies using:
Ray Tracing Techniques and Electromagnetic Theory.
