Hi,
I'm a french Ham Radio and i would like to know if there was a possibility
to buy some RF components (Mixers,PLL...) at low cost ?

Hi Guillaume! Yes finding components for our homeprojects can be really hard!
Some RF-components can be found at Barend;

www.mouser.com and
www.jameco.com. I use these sites
for many years and they work well. Minicircuits is very expensive and almost always
you can find your parts for smaller price.
