I have several surplussed Direct-way Internet dish systems. I would like to reuse some
of the microwave parts for projects. I have dismantled the PA section and found what
appear to be two RF amp FET's. Marked with the Fair-child logo and with the following
markings. 5010 1m06 and the other is 5007 1 n04. I can not find any data on these. Can
anyone help? 73
