There are lots of ways these days to dig up info on corporate bigwigs. Financial sites
list the recent stock transactions, and FTC rules require other kinds of declarations,
like where political donations are made.
This would be a good place to start
a list both of the guys (and girls) in the boardroom as well as providing websites where
info can be found.
They can run but they can't hide.

Here's one of the places to see what your boss's boss is making on stock trades from
your company. Interesting. and even shocking. Lockheed-Martin is the default
I have for my case, but type in the stock symbol of yours. Raytheon - US:RTN
Microsoft - MSFT Agilent - US:ANEN Intel - INTC Anaren - US:ANEN Qualcomm
- US:QCOM Add Yours Here... Then check out some oil company execs and
ask why you are paying $2.50 (or more) for a gallon of gas. Exxon - US:XOM
Sunoco - US:XOM

It is interesting to see the stock transactions by the executives, but I would not try
to read too much into it. I think for most companies you find top execs selling. That
has more to do with current compensation methods. Most execs get most of their income
from stock transactions, options and shares, rather than a paycheck. Typically they
are given options a certain percentage below current market price that they can execute
immediately. If they don't sell, it would be like not cashing a paycheck.
