any one can give me info regarding the training program about 3G networking in RF. and i am looking
for any priscribed books for this .and is there any manuvals for intrgration, testing and commissioning
and optimization drive test.manuval for NETPLAN,TEAMS INVESTIGATION3.2. PLEASE LET ME KNOW THROUGH

Really lets face it, U don't have a clue. I suggest you enrole in uni study hard for 4 or 5 years
then get a grad job pulling cables or fitting equipment before you consider network planning. This
is the only reason the HR industry exists, to keep amatures out of skilled positions thank you
 .
