hi,
i am trying to build an
Rf power amplifier at 2.14 GHz. Whenever I try to use the optimization
tool along with 1-tone Harmonic Balance simulation, the simulator crashes
stating - 'Simulator Terminated Abnormally'. I don't have any idea why
it is happening? Can anyone tell me what could be causing it?

I am not sure if this is your problem, but, if you are
trying to perform a "Harmonic balance simulation" I think you should
be using more than one tone. This may not be the cause of the problem,
but even so, performing a one tone harmonic balance simulation will
tell you nothing about the non-linear performance of the amplifier.
