Hello all, I am a RF Technicaian for a small passive
RF filter company. I have done some board design mainly by trial and
error, error, and error. Can anyone recommend a text book for pcb basics?
The basic er the better, to start with.

You can try the Filter
Design book by Randell Rhea, it is an excllent practical book for filters
and their implementation, and also includes a chapter on PCB layout
of filters.
