Dual-Gate FET (with Non-Linear Model) - RF Cafe Forums

The original RF Cafe Forums were shut down in late 2012 due to maintenance issues - primarily having to spend time purging garbage posts from the board. At some point I might start the RF Cafe Forums again if the phpBB software gets better at filtering spam.

Below are the old forum threads, including responses to the original posts.

-- Amateur Radio
-- Anecdotes, Gripes & Humor
-- Antennas
-- CAE, CAD, & Software
-- Circuits & Components
-- Employment & Interviews
-- Miscellany

Hi Guys,
I am just looking for some help regarding Dual-Gate FET.Any one has idea from where to get Dual-Gate FET (0.1 GHz to 4 GHz) and it should also have valid Non-Linear Model. I already checked with CEL (california eastern lab) and they don't recommend this FET for any application.
It will be nice if some one already had bought (i know, GOOGLE is the best tool) but of course it is sometime very time consuming and it was the best idea to get some help from the experienced and smart guys in this forum.

I shall really appreciate help in this regard.
Cheers!

Tony
