I'm looking for a 2.4GHz IC preamp with
an Nf in the neighborhood of 0.5 and gain somewhere between 20 to 30
db.

That should do the job. If anyone knows of any other LNAs with gain
closer to the 30db mark, please let me know.

Sirenza Microdevices has another 2 models of LNA with similar
parameters. Take a look in their website and see if you can find additional
devices.
