ft curve in ADS - RF Cafe Forums

The original RF Cafe Forums were shut down in late 2012 due to maintenance issues - primarily having to spend time purging garbage posts from the board. At some point I might start the RF Cafe Forums again if the phpBB software gets better at filtering spam.

Hello,

Does anyone know enough ADS to plot ft vs. Ic curve for a given transistor? There's a design guide in ADS that lets you find the ft point but not ft vs. Ic. I don't know enough ADS to take the equations given in that design guide for finding a single point ft and manipulate/modify them to get ft vs. Ic curve. Some thing for famx. Any suggestions or references.
