The select candidate
will:
Have minimum 10 years experience and
have completed BSEE or MSEE with RF design background
Demonstrate a working technical knowledge of
custom designed microwave electronic components
or subsystems
Direct experience with Ferrite
Isolators and Circulators for Radar, EW and Comm
Systems
Experience with DOD procurement and
contract administration
Management of global
sales rep network and direct selling staff
Strategic
planning, development and implementation of forecasts
and reporting
Excellent communication and presentation
skills; highly self-motivated
Ability to travel
50%
