Job Description:
·Drive test for (GSM,
CDMA, EDGE, GPRS) optimization of the GSM networks.
·Drive Test includes the analysis of RF parameters
like cell sites RF coverage, Rx Level , Rx Quality,
C/I, inter- cell and intra-cell handovers, HO failures,
Dropped calls, etc.
·Carried out online changes
in antenna tilts and orientations for better Coverage
·Involved in RF Coverage AT.
·Done Drive Test
for optimization of CDMA /GSM network.
· Initial
optimization of networks such as antenna system
verifications for antenna types, tilts, azimuths,
verification of jumpers & feeders.
· Preparations
of reports based on Drive test.
·Proposing Antenna
orientation as per Clutter.
·Co-channel (C/I)
and Adjacent channel (C/A) Interference analysis.
·RF Acceptance Test of Voice Quality Signal Strength,
Hand over & Calls.
·To Perform Site Survey,
clutter Survey and Verify the Suitability of Sites
from the RF point of view and Construction.
·Initial
Optimization of Networks Such as Antenna Verification,
Tilts, Azimuths, Feeder Swap.
·Data Analysis
After Drive Test.
·Primary Optimization for Verifying
Existing coverage Site, Design Objective, Pointing
Coverage Holes.
·Site survey of sites for coverage
in new towns.
·Field Planning and Site survey
of sites for coverage in new towns
·Recommendation
of RF Specifications of the sites including type
of Antenna, Tower height to meet the coverage objective.
·Drive Test
·EDGE DRIVE for Drive Test for swap
sites
·Attained complain and provide efficient
solution to resolve.
·Analysis of Drive Test
Log files.
·Handling optimization activities.
