a Senior Microwave Design Engineer and a CAD Designer.

SENIOR
MICROWAVE DESIGN ENGINEER:
Qualifications:
.MSEE preferred with minimum of 5 years related
experience or
.BSEE with minimum of 7 years related
experience
.Industry design experience in developing
and launching to production, RF/Microwave component
and sub-assembly
.Experience qualifying products
in accordance with a disciplined engineering approach
.Ability to work collaboratively with or lead a
team of engineers to create and support the activities
required during the life cycle of products
Responsibilities:
.Design and develop RF and Microwave circuits, components
and sub-assemblies, VCO's, synthesizers, power dividers,
mixers, transformers
.Develop performance criteria
such as stability, bandwidth, noise, parasitic effects,
impedances, hi-frequency behavior, filters, transformations,
signals and amplifier designs
.Modify existing
designs to improve performance, quality, manufacturability,
production yields, etc.
.Verify and validate
designs through simulations, tests and relilability
studies
CAD DESIGNER:
Qualifications:
.Associates Degree with at least 2 years experience
in creating design drawings using AUTOCAD software
.Working knowledge of IPC standards
.Background
in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
.Strong
computer skills
Responsibilities:
.Create
new drawings as required and prepare PDF files of
model folder pages
.Prepare library items used
in the CAD drawing based on Specification Control
Drawing for applicable components
.Prepare draft
drawings per Engineering requests for Engineering
Development projects
.Update documents/details
in the model folders based on ECNs
.Revise drawings
as necessary using CAD and word processing software
