RF Cafe began life in 1996 as "RF Tools" in an AOL screen name web space totaling
2 MB. Its primary purpose was to provide me with ready access to commonly needed
formulas and reference material while performing my work as an RF system and circuit
design engineer. The World Wide Web (Internet) was largely an unknown entity at
the time and bandwidth was a scarce commodity. Dial-up modems blazed along at 14.4 kbps
while typing up your telephone line, and a nice lady's voice announced "You've Got
Mail" when a new message arrived...

Sales ManagerWe are currently searching for Sales Manager in the following parts of the U.S. - Northeast.
Based in these locations you will be an integral part of the Sales Team, you will be responsible for assisting
Microphase Corporation in growing sales and market share by meeting Microphase's Design and Revenue goals for all
product families and geographies. The incumbent is also responsible for calling on customers and promoting
Microphase Products. The Sales Manager is also responsible for growing profitable sales through existing customer
relationships and simultaneously developing sales with new customers. This position reports directly to the GM.
Desired Skills & Experience
The ideal candidates will posses the following:
U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED
- Bachelor's Degree, BSEE or MSEE plus 5 to 7 years of engineering and business related experience in RF
industry; including RF applications, target markets and component design
- Experience calling on customer and promoting technology
- Ability to read, analyze and understand technical documents
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus excellent presentation, organizational and
