What Will You Be Tasked With?
- Responsible for prompt technical support to Product Teams and Customers
- Assists in activities required for Product Teams to quote an order
- Confers with customers and representatives of associated industries to evaluate
and promote improved and expanded services
- Plans and directs rental orders failed in field (FIF)
- Submits billing tickets for credits warranted do to FIF
- Receives calls, open cases and resolve customer needs, products, or equipment
- Logs all activity in CRM case history and schedules required tasks into CRM
- Confers with management to develop methods and procedures to increase sales,
expand markets, and promote business
- Provides staff with assistance in performing technical support and research
- Attends company meetings to exchange product information and coordinate work
activities with other departments
- Consults with the Quality Manager and Lab Manager to accurately identify problem
- Reviews product technical manual as necessary
- Consults with product manufacturers as necessary
- Follows up with RA on orders Reports technical lessons learned to Applications
Engineer for addition to CRM application notes and training
What Are We Looking for in Candidates for This Position?
- Minimum of an Associate's degree with an electronics discipline preferred
- 3 years of technical support preferably dealing with electronic equipment
- Excellent customer service
- Detailed, thorough, organized, with aptitude for continual technology learning
- Excellent troubleshooting skills via email and phone
- Strong attention to detail Self-motivated and the ability to work in a fast
pace and team environment
