Dust Particles Reflecting RF in the Atmosphere

ARRL contributing editor Stan Horzepa (WA1LOU) posted an interesting article on the radio propagation mode known as "dust scatter." He conducted an experiment to determine whether he could detect a “passive” meteor back-scatter from the recent (August 12) Perseid meteor shower.
