A New Twist on an Old Phrase

Warning: Questionable content to follow. Please have children leave the room. For as long as I can remember the phrase "Cranial Rectumitis" has been used to humorously describe the dire medical and social phenomenon of having one's head up one's... well, you know where. Someone sent me an e-mail today with an equally funny related expression: Cranial-Rectal Inversion. Now firmly entered into my lexicon, it shall be used as opportunity allows.
