This batch of career advice articles is a mix of actions both
employees and employers can take to facilitate finding a new job, improving the environment of the current job, and how retain good
employees. There are no articles here on how to dump poor performers; maybe I'll look for some of those types next time. Almost without
exception, employers that contact me to post engineer, engineering sales, management, and technician job openings remark on how difficult it is to find qualified employees. Good hunting.
