announces the release of their new UHF band (320 MHz Single Frequency) Voltage Controlled
Oscillator for Satellite Communications applications. V336ME02-LF offers an extremely low
phase noise of - 117dBc/Hz @10kHz offset. It provides an average tuning sensitivity of 10
MHz/V and covers the bandwidth between 0-5 V. This VCO provides a typical output power of
2.5dBm at DC supply voltage of 5V drawing 24mA (typical) over the extended operating
temperature range of -40º to 85ºC.
V336ME02-LF comes in Z-Communications’ industry standard MINI
package measuring 0.50 in. x0.50 in.x0.22 in. This amazing VCO is ideal for automated
surface mount assembly and reflow. This is available in tape and reel packaging for
