Stealth Microwave Introduces the SM1822-44, a GaAs FET Amplifier.

25W, 1.8-2.2 GHz Multipurpose Power Amplifier

Stealth Microwave introduces the SM1822-44, a GaAs FET amplifier designed for high performance military and commercial markets. The unit operates from 1800 to 2200 MHz with a P1dB of 44 dBm across the band and an OIP³ of 55+dBm. (typ.) Small signal gain is 45dB with a flatness of ± .5 dB across the band. Standard features include a Thermal Protection with Auto Reset, Over/Reverse Voltage Protection, TTL on/off, FWD and REV Power Detection, and Level control. These units offer better performance for nearly half the price of Hittite’s HMC-C008 modules. Most ship from stock in 2 weeks.
