Bruco Signs Agreement with Harry Inia,
Semiconductor Leader,
to Drive the
Next Growth Phase
August
15, 2008 – Borne – The Netherlands – Bruco, specialized
in the design and delivery of Application Specific Integrated Circuits
(ASICs), today announced that Harry Diepenmaat, Managing Director
of Bruco, and Harry Inia, previously Vice President and General
Manager of the Automotive Business Line with NXP, signed a management
buy-in agreement.
With this agreement Harry Inia becomes
shareholder and director of the Bruco Cooperation besides Harry
Diepenmaat. The agreement supports the growth plans of Bruco
including the expansion to a new location in Den Bosch.
Harry
Diepenmaat, Managing Director of Bruco states: “I’m very pleased
to have someone with Harry Inia’s background and experience in my
team; it is a great fit to our company. I believe his expertise
and many years of experience in the semiconductor industry will
be of great value to our team and our customers. With our current
growth, it's important that we fill our management force with industry
veterans who understand the market. Harry will help us keep up our
momentum.”
Harry Inia, Bruco’s Commercial Director, has over
23 years of experience in the global semiconductor industry. Prior
to joining Bruco, he was appointed Vice President and General Manager
of a very successful NXP (founded by Philips) Semiconductor Automotive
business line. Mr. Inia has also been working in international marketing,
key account management, project management and (field) application
engineering. He joined Bruco as a Business Consultant in June 2007.
Harry holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from
the San Jose University in California, USA, and a Bachelor EE from
the Polytechnical school in Leeuwarden, The Netherlands.
