IFI's RF and Microwave Amplifier Systems:
1.0GHz-18GHz, 500 watts

T21-5KW Series Amp for Radiated Susceptibility Testing Applications:
1.0-2.0GHz, 5KW

Our IFI PT-KW series amplifiers provide power levels from 3-10KW of Pulse Power for frequency ranges ranging from 1.0-18GHz in various bands. Typical bands are 1-2GHz, 2-4GHz, 4-8GHz, 8-12GHz and 12-18GHz. The amplifiers are available in 3KW/4KW/5KW/ 6KW/8KW and 10KW power levels as standard with higher power levels available. Common duty cycles of operation are up to 6%. Most units are compact designs in a single drawer 14”H x 19”W x 27”D. This package is ideal for the high power test requirements for pre-compliance testing, EMC testing and Radar Installations. Other frequency bands and high power levels are available.

RF Cafe began life in 1996 as "RF Tools" in an AOL screen name web space totaling 2 MB. Its primary purpose was to provide me with ready access to commonly needed formulas and reference material while performing my work as an RF system and circuit design engineer. The World Wide Web (Internet) was largely an unknown entity at the time and bandwidth was a scarce commodity. Dial-up modems blazed along at 14.4 kbps while tying up your telephone line, and a nice lady's voice announced "You've Got Mail" when a new message arrived...
